Appointment policies: 

Please arrive to your appointment alone, unless multiple people have an appointment scheduled with me. If you’re a new mama with a baby less than 6 months old that you need to bring to an appointment for feeding purposes, please inform me ASAP to see if we can accommodate that.  I love hearing about and seeing picture of your older kiddos, but please leave them at home unless they are also receiving a service. An exception to this rule is if someone 14 or younger are receiving a service. In that case, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their appointment. If you need to be accompanied by a care taker for your appointment, please let me know at the time of booking to make accommodations.

Cancellation policies:

Lilac Moon requires a 48 hour notice for all cancellations and appointment changes. We will charge 100% of the outstanding balance to the card on file after any deposits for any no shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All charging will be done with discretion. If you cancel and do not reschedule prior to 48 hours, you will recieve your deposit back. If you reschedule prior to 48 hours, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

Refunds and redos:

All sales with Lilac Moon are FINAL. Lilac Moon does not issues refunds for services, products, or hair extensions. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your hair, we ask you reach out within 3 business days of your appointment. Lilac Moon will offer ONE redo appointment to revise anything you may not be satisfied with. These revisions are only to achieve the client’s original goal that was discussed during the consultation at their original appointment. If you change your mind after your appointment and want a different color/cut/extension length than what was initially discussed during the initial consultation, that will be considered a new service that will be charged full price. 

As of April 1st, 2025, all clients will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the above policies in order to receive services at Lilac Moon. If the client refuses to sign said waiver, you will forfeit your deposit, appointment spot, and ability to book with Lilac Moon in the future.

Late policies:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. I give a 15 minute grace period in case you get lost or are running a couple minutes behind. Depending on the service, after 15 minutes you may either need to reschedule or we’ll have to do a different service than initially scheduled. If you are 30+ minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and considered a no show which will result in the card on file being charged 100% of the total of the service scheduled. I value your time as a client and appreciate you choosing Lilac Moon for your hair provider, and I ask for respect of my time in return.
